We are conducting a meta-analysis on leadership and team innovation. For this purpose, we are looking for unpublished empirical work that addresses the relation between leadership (e.g., leader behaviors, leadership styles, etc.) and team innovation (innovative behavior, innovation implementation, etc.) and/or leadership as a moderator on the effects of other (team-level) variables on team innovation.
We are interested in field and lab studies, using survey, longitudinal, diary, experimental, quasi-experimental or other quantitative methods and designs. If you have or know of any such studies, you can share them with us at
