  • 1.  Meta-analysis „Work-Home Enrichment“ – seeking unpublished studies

    Posted 08-21-2017 10:20

    Dear colleagues,

My name is Regina Jensen and I'm a PhD-Student at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.

Together with my colleagues Petra L. Klumb, Christoph Nohe and Laurenz L. Meier, I am currently conducting a meta-analysis on the antecedents of work-home enrichment. For completeness of the work, we are looking for unpublished studies on this topic. To include them into our meta-analysis, the following criteria should be met:

    1)      Quantitative measure of work-home enrichment (or related constructs such as positive spillover, enhancement or facilitation as well as work-family, work-life, work-nonwork)

    2)      Quantitative measure of any antecedents that can be classified as contextual resources (e.g., support at work or at home), contextual demands (e.g., workload at work or at home) or personal resources (e.g., positive affect).

    3)      A correlation or another statistical indicator, which can be transformed in a correlation, is available for the relationship between work-home enrichment and the antecedent variable.

If you have conducted a study that meets the mentioned criteria and if you would agree to share the correlation table as well as some sample information, I would be very happy if you get in touch with me (Regina.Jensen@unifr.ch) by September 8th, 2017. If you know anyone who conducted a study in this or a similar context, I would be very grateful for forwarding this message.

Thank you in advance and apologies for potential cross-postings!

    Sincerely yours,

    Regina Jensen

    Hi Regina,

Such a meta-analysis was just published on JOB, so I suggest their reference section as a good source of relevant (unpublished) studies.
