I am a PhD student in the I/O Program at UT Arlington, and also work at a leadership consulting firm (worthyleadership.com). Some work colleagues and I are trying to put together a symposium for the 2018 SIOP Conference (April 19-21 in Chicago) on attracting, retaining, and developing Millennials in the workplace. We are currently seeking symposium partners who have research pertaining to talent management in a multigenerational workforce. Our own research is on the motivational differences between generations and how we can use this information to engage employees.
