Dear All
I will be running a final year undergraduate individual customer psychology module this year. The module aims to provide students with an understanding of individual customer psychology and the subsequent implications for marketing and business practice. The focus of the module is understanding the customer as an individual rather than as one of a group. If anyone has any suggestions of books, resources etc. which may be useful then I would be most grateful.
