AOM PDW - Fostering Relationships and Research among Compensation Scholars

If you study organization-level and/or individual-level compensation issues or are interested in this area, please join us for the "Fostering Relationships and Research among Compensation Scholars" PDW at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Atlanta!
This PDW is designed to establish a "community of practice" for compensation researchers, providing for knowledge exchange and mentoring in the area of compensation. The PDW will consist of:
(1) Editor/Associate Editor Panel Discussion – focused on publishing compensation research in peer-reviewed journals.
(2) Senior Scholar Panel Discussion – focused on the state of compensation research.
(3) Research Incubator – focused on fostering research ideas through smaller sub-group discussions. This part of the session allows attendees to discuss their research ideas with other compensation researchers, including the panelists! Please bring your ideas and questions on compensation topics for these conversations.
