    ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR AND HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION

     

    The Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division of the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver Campus) invites applications for one tenure track Assistant Professor position in Human Resource Management, starting July 1, 2018. Candidates should demonstrate potential to conduct high-quality research and hold or be very close to completing a Ph.D.

     

    For this position, we are seeking candidates who are developing and maintaining an active research program that focuses on human resource management and employment relations. Duties will include making a significant research contribution to the field, developing and teaching Human Resource Management classes in our undergraduate, graduate, and executive education programs, supervising Ph.D. students as well as contributing to other teaching and administrative initiatives with respect to the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division at the Sauder School of Business. Teaching and service requirements are similar to other research-intensive universities.

     

    The Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division consists of 12 scholars with both macro and micro research interests who study a wide range of workplace issues and publish in top tier management journals. For more information about our Division, please visit our website:
