    Internationalization at AOM: How inclusive are we really?

     

    Do you want to hear about how Divisions & Interest Groups (DIGs) perceive internationalization at the Academy of Management? Then this is the PDW for you!

     

    This PDW will provide workshop participants an opportunity to hear about what other DIGs are doing in this space, and the challenges and successes they have experienced along the way! Along with hearing a panel discussion from Professor Maria L. Kraimer (U. of Oregon; Human Resources Division), Professor Emily Block (U. of Alberta; Organization & Management Theory Division) and Professor Matthew A. Cronin (George Mason; Conflict Management Division) regarding their practices, members will have the opportunity to brainstorm ideas for their divisions. Participants are expected to walk away from this PDW with fresh insight into how better include international members in their DIGs.
