Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Organizational Behavior
Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (CATÓLICA-LISBON) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Organizational Behavior starting September 1st, 2018. Associate Professors interested in applying will also be considered in the search at their appropriate level. We are looking for an applicant who has a strong research record in quantitative micro-OB, social psychology, or I/O psychology, as well as the ability to engage students in the classroom.
Current OB faculty have published in journals such as AMJ, JAP, OBHDP, SMJ, Psych Science, JOM, JOB, JESP, JBE, and JBR. Faculty are provided research budgets and have access to a behavioral lab on campus. Our research seminar series regularly draws leading scholars from around the world. All teaching for international faculty is in English. The standard teaching load is 108 hours per year. We have a slight preference for someone who can teach Cross-Cultural Management.

New assistant professors include nationals of France, Italy, United States, Colombia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, and Germany.

We will also be interviewing at the annual conference of the Academy of Management in Atlanta.
