Do you intent to go to EURAM in 2018?
We are looking for scholars with interest to participate as speakers in our "Round Table" titled The interplay of leadership, entrepreneurship, and culture.
In this Symposium we intent to discuss, the overlap between these three issues – leadership, entrepreneurship, and culture. In general lines, we would like to focus on constructs as: entrepreneurship can be included in leadership, but not leadership in entrepreneurship. In the other hand, a successful leader must be entrepreneurial, as well as innovative, as he need to transform activities into economic goods. Also cultural aspects, such as the enforcement of power, may influence entrepreneurship, shaping the extent to which they emerge and unfold, but we can sustain that culture triggers entrepreneurship? Leadership define the type of entrepreneur? How cultural settings may create the favorable context for sustainable entrepreneurship?
