OBHR Positions at the Renmin University Business School in Beijing

 The Renmin University Business School is seeking candidates at the assistant, associate and full professor levels in areas of leadership, human resource management and organizational theory. We welcome scholars established in their respective fields. All applicants should graduate before July 2018 or have graduated from top research universities. Applicants for associate professor position should have at least two A-level journal publications as leading author. Applicants for full professor position should have at least three A-level journal publications as leading author. All candidates must demonstrate competency and commitment to quality teaching and research.

A reduced course load will be given to successful candidates to facilitate research. A generous start-up research grant may also be provided. Salaries are at international market standards but are determined based upon qualifications. Accommodation allowances, a settlement allowance and airfare may also be provided.
