Tenure-Track – Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM)
The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the OB/HRM area at the rank of Assistant Professor, starting July 1, 2018. This position is subject to budgetary approval.
Qualifications for this position include a PhD (or completion of a PhD within one year of employment start date) with an emphasis in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or related discipline. The successful candidate must have exceptional research potential including: (a) the demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier journals, and (b) the potential to maintain a highly productive research agenda. Research and potential contributions relevant to the mandate of the Lazaridis Institute for the Management of Technology Enterprises will be considered an asset (see below for details). The ability to teach effectively in undergraduate and research-based graduate (MSc and PhD) courses is also required. Ability and interest in teaching in the MBA program will also be considered an asset.
The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics has over one hundred full-time faculty and more than five thousand undergraduate and graduate students on campuses at Waterloo and Brantford, and locations in Toronto.
