    Who is the audience? 
    If something light is appropriate I suggest searching for "teamwork animation videos". That search will give you a lot to choose from.

    Hello Amit,


    There is a video on Groupthink that is real good for the discussion on problems with teams decision making.  I also do it in reverse: I would should my students a video such as the one I included here (IDEO Shopping Cart), and ask them to identify what factors make that team effective. Finally, I ask them to compare it to any team they have been a part of and to identify any factor that might be missing in them that render them less effective!
