    OB colleagues,

Teaching an MBA distance/online course late fall/winter.  We want the distance based components to be asynchronous (self-directed, paced).  It will include mini-lectures and other activities.  I am interested in any activities, exercises that work particularly well in a distance context.  I am particularly interested in any simulations or exercises that are easily administered in a distance context.  Asynchronous (at your own pace, own time) type activities are preferred.

Related, if you have any textbooks or materials that are particularly conducive to distance/online enviroment, I would welcome recommendations.

    Thanks,

    Brad

I developed an online OB course and one of the assignments that I included was the creation of the best workplace on earth, using the HBR article as a framing document. They had to work in teams and, using what they learned in the course, had to develop what they believed would be the world's best workplace.
