Seeking Group Projects for an Intro to Management Course

I am teaching an undergraduate introduction to management course this summer, and I'm seeking a semester long (or extended period) group project to allow students to practice concepts and skills covered in the class.

In past years, I've had them develop a business plan for a new company (including specifying organizational structures, staffing plans, etc.), but students have complained that the assignment is redundant with projects in other classes.  Accordingly, I am looking for something that is more specific to the course (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling) and less entrepreneurial.

    Thanks,
    Kurt
