    Dear Colleagues

     

    Together with Masters Student Frances Chodkiewicz, I am planning to conduct a meta-analysis of the relationship between attribution style (optimistic, pessimistic) and work performance, including the effect of potential mediators or moderators (e.g., motivation, experience).  If you have or know of any unpublished studies dealing with this topic, Frances and I would love to hear from you.
