Dear all,
I am preparing an undergrad course of Organizational Effectiveness and I would be most grateful if you can share your suggestions on syllabus, textbook and/or course materials such as cases, videos, practical exercises, etc.
The approach of the course is the human aspects of supervisory behavior in the industrial setting and how they influence efficiency, morale, and organizational practices. I am thinking of using Daft, Organizational Behavior and Design textbook. Did anyone experience using this book for a similar course?
