Akoto,
Evidence based management is becoming quite popular these days. The hand book of evidence-based management by Denise Rousseau and her colleagues have a lot of material in the handbook that you might find useful. I am also attaching a couple of papers that I have with my colleague Farimah HakemZadeh that you may find useful in establishing a theoretical platform for your course on Applied research and evidence-based management. Farimah also has been working on a template for designing evidence-based courses. Best.

Subject: [OB-LIST] Evidence-Based Management Course
I have been tasked with developing a course for our MBA program titled "Applied Research and Evidence-Based Management."
I have found some resources from the Center for Evidence-Based Management website, but I will appreciate any help with a sample syllabus of similar course you have taught, suggested text, cases, activities, simulation exercises, etc.
Thank you all,
Edward.
