Our student body and faculty have grown significantly in the last three years, supported by a portfolio of 9 undergraduate degrees and a suite of postgraduate programmes and a PhD programmes. Our new Senior Lecturers and Lecturers will play an active role in research led education, research leadership and service and the next phases of growth and development of the school.
Our faculty focus on research that is impactful within their academic community, their students, and their industry contexts. We have published in a wide range of leading international journals, including 12 ABS 4 ranked journals since 2013. Our Organisational Behaviour and Management faculty have recently published in journals such as Journal of Management, Human Resource Management – both US and UK, Accounting Organisations and Society, Human Relations, Work Employment and Society, European Management Review, Academy of Management Education and Learning, Journal of Business Ethics, New Technology Work and Employment, Journal of Management Inquiry, amongst others. Others in the School of Business have published in journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Research Policy, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of World Business, Information Systems Journal, Supply Chain Management An International Review, the European Marketing Journal, Journal of Advertising, and the Journal of Marketing Management, amongst others.
Our portfolio of degrees is a blend of single honours undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, double majors combining Business with other departments from the Faculty of Social Science, and a PhD programmes. We have a single honours degrees in Management, Marketing, International Business and Equine Business, and three business options on our Arts degree (Management, Marketing and International Business), that can be combined with over 20 other subjects (e.g. languages, computer science, anthropology amongst others). All our portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees have OB modules. Our Senior Lecturers will teach on these programmes as well as playing a role in the development of our Postgraduate programmes.
The successful candidate will have a research record and pipeline of significant achievement and potential in the field of OB or Management. You will have demonstrated mature capability as a research led OB educator and an ability to contribute to the development of OB programmes and research, individually, and within a team.

Senior lecturer (Post 1995*) €65,000 to €88,505 (8 points)
Lecturer (Post 1995*): €50,808 – €76,936 p.a. (7 points)
