Dear Colleagues,
My co-authors and I are conducting a meta-analysis that examines a host of non-Five Factor Model individual differences (e.g., mechanivalism, impulsivity, workaholism, perfectionism, and narcissism) and their relationships with organizationally-relevant outcomes (e.g., performance, personality, motivation, attitudes, among others). We have systematically searched the published literature, including existing meta-analyses and available dissertations. However, we are also keen to include unpublished work.
If you have conducted a study that you think meets the criteria, or know of work that might be relevant to us, including any working papers, dissertations, theses, or conference presentations that you would be willing to share, please email them to dana.harari@scheller.gatech.edu.
