    Dear colleague,

We are currently gathering primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis of the relation between leader well-being and leadership.

In our meta-analysis, we consider different types of well-being of leaders (e.g., psychological well-being, physical and psychological health, stress, strain, burnout, happiness, positive and negative affect/mood, life satisfaction, depression, symptoms) and different forms of leadership (e.g., transformational, directive, passive, LMX, abusive supervision). If you have any published or unpublished data containing leader well-being and leadership, or are aware of published or unpublished manuscripts or data on this topic, we would be grateful if you could send the manuscript or a short description to kaluza@psych.uni-frankfurt.de by 31.03.2017.

Thank you in advance for considering our request. We look forward to hearing from you.
