    ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (PRACTICE TRACK) AND LECTURER

    IN ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR / HUMAN RESOURCE

     

    The Nanyang Business School (NBS) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) invites applications for Associate Professor (Practice-track) and Lecturer in the area of Organizational Behavior / Human Resource with the Division of Strategy, Management and Organization.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Associate Professor (Practice-track)

     

    Applicants should possess an excellent industry practice track record, including leadership experience at a senior level in big organizations; teaching and administrative excellence; and preferably a Ph.D. degree or equivalent from a recognized university.

     

    Lecturer

     

    Applicants should possess industry experience, a passion for teaching and at least a Master's degree in organizational behavior, human resource, management, or a closely related discipline.

    Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience.

     

     

    Division of Strategy, Management & Organization (SMO)

    The Center for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence (CLCI)  leads in generating knowledge, assessments and programs for developing culturally intelligent individuals, teams, and organizations.

     

    The Culture Science Institute (CSI) investigates cultural issues of national and global importance holistically, from brain-based, cognitive, behavioral, evolutionary, and life science perspectives.

     

    The Asian Business Case Center (ABCC) houses more than 150 business cases. It specialises in teaching and researching Asian management and business using the case method.
