We are conducting a meta-analysis on climate strength (i.e., strength of organizational climate): its antecedents, and its direct and moderating effects at the collective level.
We are currently seeking unpublished studies that:
1. Include correlations between climate strength and antecedents,
2. Include correlations between climate strength and outcomes,
3. Examine the moderating effect of climate strength.
If you can provide relevant manuscripts (conference papers, working papers, dissertations/theses), datasets, results, or correlation tables, please kindly send them to Ashley Bin Ding (bin.ding@unil.ch).
Please include a title page and indicate the authors, status of the manuscript (e.g. working paper, conference papers, papers under review, in-press articles) so that we can cite the authors correctly.
