    The Africa Academy of Management (AFAM) is organizing its 4th biennial conference in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from January 3 to January 6, 2018 on the theme 'Building High-Performing Organizations in Africa.' Prospective participants are encouraged to submit conceptual or empirical papers as well as proposals for symposia and professional development workshops. Addis Ababa is an historic and touristic city that is the seat of the African Union and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. Please see the attached.
