We are conducting a meta-analysis on the performance effects of group, unit, and organizational pay (e.g., team bonuses, broad based stock options, profit sharing, gainsharing, and TMT incentive pay).
We are currently seeking unpublished studies that include correlations between measures of group, unit, or organizational pay and collective performance outcomes.
