    Dear colleagues,

     

    We are conducting a meta-analysis on the working alliance between coach and client and its relationship with coaching outcomes for clients. We are currently seeking unpublished studies on this topic. Specifically, we are looking for unpublished studies that fit the following criteria:

    (a) Pertain to individual, work-related coaching

    (b) Include correlations between measures of working alliance and coaching outcomes for clients (we aim to cover a broad range of outcomes)

    (c) Rely on quantitative data

    (d) Written in English or German
