    Dear Colleagues,

The 30th anniversary of the annual British Academy of Management conference will be held this September in Warwick and it is already that time of year where we appeal for your assistance with the successful running of the Organisational Psychology track.

Both myself and Dr Karen Maher are delighted to be joining as co-chairs and contributing to the fantastic work of Professor John Blenkinsopp and Dr Chris Carter.  However, without the assistance of volunteers it would be simply impossible for us to run such a diverse and vibrant track, and we really appreciate all of the assistance that was received last year in the form of both reviewers and session chairs.

With this in mind, we are once again asking for volunteers to assist with the reviewing of papers submitted to this year's Organisational Psychology track. As in recent years, it is our intention to limit the number of papers that each reviewer is allocated to two, and hope that this will be a manageable commitment that is respectful of work schedules.

So, if you would be willing to review some papers for the track - even if just the one! - please do get in touch with either myself (s.mukhuty@mmu.ac.uk) or Karen (karen.maher@coventry.ac.uk) and let us know. Also, please do pass on the message to any colleagues that you feel may be interested in getting involved with our growing community of organisational psychology researchers - we happily welcome newcomers to BAM.

With many thanks and best wishes,

    Sumona and Karen
