The School of Business is currently accepting applications for a full-time faculty member beginning Fall 2017. Rank determination will be made based upon qualifications. We seek a qualified marketing candidate that will complement our strengths in traditional marketing to help develop and teach our course offerings related to the digital side of marketing. This colleague would bring an expertise in digital marketing within the landscape of emerging platforms and technologies that are redefining the relationships between companies and their consumers. Sample courses include Digital Marketing Fundamentals, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Mobile Marketing, and Marketing Research and Analytics.
The candidate must hold a Master's Degree (Ph.D. in Marketing or related field preferred) at the time of application. Preference will be given to candidates with strong practical experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics. Courses will be taught at the undergraduate level. There may be additional opportunities to teach at the graduate level, depending on the candidate's qualifications. Prior higher education teaching experience is preferred.
