Dear Colleagues,
currently I am working on my master thesis, a correlation meta-analysis about "The impact of leadership on mental health" in which I investigate the (1) relationship betwenn leadership style / behavior and subordinate psychological health / mental health (e.g. stress, burnout, somatic complaints) as well as the (2) relationship between the health of a supervisor and the health of their subordinantes ("crossover effect") and the (3) direct impact of leadership on consequences of mental health illness (e.g. turnover and sick abscence). I would appreciate unpublished work / data in regard to my research interest or recommendations how I can find access-free unpublished material.
