Has anyone real life scenario of change management that I can give to participants to discuss in groups using the Kotler's steps in managing change as a guide?     I've used a series of cases on the Lego company and their strategy, supply chain and outsourcing to address both supply chain and change issues.  The other advantage that this approach takes, especially from MBAs who are jaded at the narrow, non-contextualized STIMULUS (CASE) – RESPONSE form of learning, is that, by using multiple cases that span over several years, it forces critical thinking, synthesis and integration in their approach to understanding and viewing the problem.
