    Dear fellow OB Scholars,

In our forthcoming (Springer) anthology titled, "Engaged Leadership: Transforming through Future Oriented Design Thinking", we currently have space for one additional chapter.

Interested parties can email me after reviewing the chapter style requirements:
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Chapter guidelines:

    1. Each chapter should have a word count of between 5,000 and 7,500 words.
    2. Style:
      • Semi-formal, with headers. This work is intended for professional as well as educational (student) audiences, so please keep the language simple.
      • Please, also provide examples to illustrate your points in the text. Your readers will understand things better that way.
    3. Chapter Road Map: Each chapter will begin with the listing of key topics followed by a brief abstract/introduction that provides an overview of the key ideas.
    4. Featured Case in Point: Each chapter will feature a case that illustrates the element of engaged leadership and its influence on design thinking, as presented in the chapter.
    5. Exercises in Practice: Each chapter will contain two interactive practice exercises to illustrate the application of ideas discussed in the chapter.
    6. Engaged Leadership Lessons: At the end of each chapter, the key leadership lessons will be highlighted.
    7. Chapter-end Reflection Questions: Each chapter will conclude with 5 reflection questions by way of shifts in our behavior to facilitate our path to engaged leadership.

Note: Make sure that if you use illustrations, these are permission free images

If interested in participating in this project, please submit the focus or tentative title of your potential chapter for consideration, upon which you will be contacted for further guidelines.

We look forward to your response. Please send emails to joan.marques@woodbury.edu
