    Dear colleagues,

    I am looking for a scale assessing the extent to which an organization and/or a team is open, helpful, supportive, accommodating, provides resources, etc. in integrating a new employee and/or a new team member.

    I had a look at ManagementScales.com but could not find anything.

    I will share the responses I will receive.
