Dear colleagues,
I would like to kindly invite you to submit your papers in our standing track focused on "Organising Creativity for Innovation" we organise since the year 2009 in the context of the annual conference of the European Academy of Management (EURAM). Our track will be organised at the EURAM2017 Annual Conference which will be held in 21-24 June, 2017, Glasgow. The deadline for paper submission is 10 January 2017 (2 pm Belgian time).

This track welcomes papers which approach the organisational creativity and innovation themes from a diversity of perspectives. As such, we aim to bring together scholars from different disciplines that conduct research that is relevant for socio-organisational work context, socio-technical systems or physical work context. We focus on: "Organising" which includes (HR) management practices, leadership, organisational elements, and strategic environment; the "Creativity" of individuals and teams in general as well as with a specific creative task; the "Innovation" of products, services, processes, marketing, business models, etc. , and on the contribution to firm "performance". The track also encourages sessions that focus on the role of HR strategies and practices in facilitating innovation and creativity. We welcome both conceptual/theoretical and empirical contributions.

We would be very happy if you contribute to our track by serving as reviewer of the submitted papers. To do this, we invite you to register as a reviewer for the SIG Innovation, and inform track coordinator whether you have registered. The deadline for reviewer registration is 31 December 2016.
