JOB DESCRIPTION
MBS is currently hiring at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor levels in the field of organizational behavior / human resource management. The Organisations group is responsible for teaching the core micro-OB and leadership subjects as well as a range of electives including negotiation, leadership, change management, human resource management, organisation theory, and diversity. The successful applicant will contribute to teaching and research in one or more of these fields, including the core micro-OB subject. We offer attractive remuneration packages, relocation expenses and a research allowance.
Applicants must have a PhD in a relevant field, some years of teaching experience with a demonstrated record of teaching excellence, and a distinguished record of research, as evidenced by publications in top ranking journals
