Dear Colleagues,
I'm developing an "Advanced Negotiations" course for middle-top management and executives who have taken a basic Negotiations course/training before.
I'd really appreciate help with material especially simulations and good articles/video's for this group. If someone could share a syllabus it would be greatly appreciated.
Some topics I was thinking to cover (but any ideas/thoughts are welcome!)
· Managing Emotions (or emotional people) in Negotiations
· Negotiating from a Weakness
· Ethical/legal and cultural issues when negotiating globally
· Complex Multi-party, Multi-issue Negotiations (e.g. WorldTradeCenter case)
