Would be great if someone can help with references towards uncertatiny/uncertainty management in employees?
One paper that seems to be referred a lot is
Lind, E. Allan, and Kees Van den Bos. "When fairness works: Toward a general theory of uncertainty management." Research in organizational behavior 24 (2002): 181-223.
Any additional papers would be welcome.
