    Hi everyone,

     

    Would be great if someone could help with references towards changing public employment relationship: statuses, the kind of agent expected in terms of the values to be pursued, and the type of workplace commitment implied. I am currently on my PHD dissertation dealing with public workplace commitment and would like to make a systematic comparison of the three periods.
