There are a few to choose from (and a fair few critiques of some of their shortcomings) but traditionally there were two main instruments, Mowday and Steers' Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Meyers and Allen’s Affective, Continuance and Normative Scales. The choice boils down to the definition you prefer of commitment (references to both are below).
I prefer and was persuaded by Klein et et al’s reconceptualization of the construct and used their survey questions recently. Again references below. Whichever you choose it is worth bearing in mind that the completion of the survey can be regarded by some respondents as burdensome and you may like to consider what you will do with partially completed surveys (mine were online and not hard copy, so relatively easy to apply any rules).
