    Hello colleagues,

    I am offering a short course titled " Perspectives in Organizational Design". The focus is largely on (a) Organizational Structure and (b) Organizational Culture. 

    This course is part of our Executive MBA program and participants are working executives with a average work experience of around 15 years. 

    I solicit inputs in terms of case studies, experiential exercises, simulations and inventories that will engage the class. I will be happy to compile the inputs and share these with the community.
