Supervisors: Professors John Antonakis & Christian Zehnder

Required Profile:
- PhD in Economics, Management, or Psychology, broadly defined or related discipline.
- Knowledge of laboratory and field experimental research and survey research
- Interest in leadership with a focus on charismatic leadership
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus (but not required)

Job Description:
- 100% of the postdoctoral researcher�s time will be dedicated to research and related activities.

About the supervisors and project:
John Antonakis (a psychologist) and Christian Zehnder (an economist) are both full professors of organizational behavior. They both have a keen interest in testing the economic value of charismatic leadership. This grant is generously financed and will examine several key ideas in a series of experiments, both laboratory and field, as well as in analyzing observational data. Various subprojects are planned to study the short and long-term effects of charisma in different task environments.

The Department of Organizational Behavior of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne provides a stimulating, interdisciplinary research environment.
