We would like to organize a symposium on job design and well-being for the 2017 Academy of Management Conference. The overarching theme will ultimately depend on who is able to join and their current research, but in general, we are looking examine the link between job characteristics and employee health and well-being.
If you are interested, please respond as soon as you can (or by December 1, 2016 at the latest) to let us know if you would consider joining our effort. We anticipate an AOM symposium submission with 3-5 projects; this would require each presenter to write a 2-5 page synopsis of the project, not including tables and references.
