    The Department of Management and Marketing at University of Melbourne is seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Director, Centre for Workplace Leadership and Professor of Leadership. The role will provide academic leadership within the Centre and will also be seen as the research and engagement arm of the Department.

     

    Reporting to the Head of the Department of Management and Marketing, the role will be responsible for fostering excellence within research and will play a critical role in shaping, promoting and directing research activities of the staff within the Centre. The Director will also support the development of high quality executive education programs and will contribute to the teaching of such programs. The successful applicant will bring a strong international track record in Leadership or related disciplines and experience in leading academic staff including successfully gaining research funding. Having the gravitas and proven experience to be able to navigate and establish external partnership will also be expected.
