    Dear colleagues,

    The Leadership & Interdisciplinary Studies faculty in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts on the Tempe Campus at Arizona State University invites applications for an Assistant Professor in Organizational Leadership with an expected appointment start date of August 2017. We are a vibrant community of twenty-nine faculty dedicated to excellent teaching, scholarship and service. We are student-centered, collegial, innovative, dynamic and growing. We offer undergraduate degrees in organizational leadership, interdisciplinary studies, liberal studies and will be launching a master's degree program in organizational leadership in Fall 2017.     The successful candidate will pursue a rigorous interdisciplinary line of research that aligns with ASU's mission of enhancing the university's community impact and social embeddedness. The candidate will also teach four undergraduate or graduate courses per academic year (two in the fall and two in the spring), develop new curriculum as needed, participate in university service, and engage in the intellectual life of a collaborative and multidisciplinary faculty. The Assistant Professor position is an academic-year, benefits-eligible, faculty appointment with tenure implications. Salary is competitive to commensurate with experience. Candidate must reside in Arizona, or be willing to relocate. Background check required prior to employment. Official transcripts required prior to first day of employment.
