Dear Martin,
Not sure if a relevant option, but you can also measure burnout as the opposite of vigor (R).

Subject: [OB-LIST] Measurement of Burnout
Dear all,
I am interested in the measurement of burnout. I know the Maslach and Copenhagen Inventories, but would like to learn more about other measurement scales that are used in that context.
Especially I am interested in newer instruments that maybe do not have the same popularity as those mentioned above.
Gladly I would like to summarize the results and share it with you.
Thank you for help in advance. All the best,
Martin
