Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor
in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resources Management (Ref.: 201601381)
Applications are invited for appointment as Tenure-Track Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor in the areas of Organisational Behaviour (OB) and Human Resources Management (HRM) in the School of Business, to commence on July 1, 2017 or as soon as possible thereafter, on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal. Exceptionally outstanding candidates at the Professor/Associate Professor level may be considered for appointment on tenure terms.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in OB or HRM, or a closely related discipline. The School is particularly interested in those who conduct high-quality scholarly research and are able to teach courses in OB/HRM and related areas. Experience in teaching MBA courses is especially preferred for candidates at the Associate Professor level or above. A globally competitive remuneration package commensurate with the appointee's qualifications and experience will be offered. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary, as well as annual leave, and medical benefits. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
