Dear List serve manager: Please can you post the e-mail below. – Thanks

    Dear OB Colleagues:

I am revising an undergraduate (Level 3-final year) course in Human Resources Development (HRD).

The course is designed to stay away from another course in Human Resource Management and Strategic Human Resource Management

Also, the course is taught as a seminar (3 hrs) and I am looking for topics that work.  Additionally, I will appreciate any thoughts on in-class activities (e.g. short case studies, role-playing, experiential exercises, practicum, critical thinking exercises, videos, and other material) that have worked for you in teaching HRD.

Thanks for your help in advance.

    Cheers

    Remi

    Remi,

I would start a Human Resourse Development seminar the short video from Gary Hamel where he discusses the to make organizations more fit for human beings!  Since most organizations are still heavily influenced by the industrial era, one major task for students would be to determine how to transform current organizations to be a better fit to humans!

    Thanks,
    Ivan
