In a joint partnership with Greenville Health System, Clemson University is pleased to announce the recruitment of a Postdoctoral Fellow in the area of healthcare team/leadership development and organizational culture. This position is for one year with the opportunity to renew for a second year depending upon performance.
Greenville Health System (GHS), is a large healthcare organization that is responsible for managing healthcare needs in the Upstate region of South Carolina. GHS and Clemson have recently established a collaborative partnership to explore the development of effective leaders and team members for 21st century healthcare. This partnership is designed to enable the simultaneous development of practical and implementable tools/interventions and resources for current and emerging healthcare leaders, teams, and multiteam systems, along with the theoretical development and implementation of rigorous scientific research in these areas. GHS is very supportive of publications in organizational science (i.e., I/O, OB) domains as well as healthcare.
Applicants must have an earned doctorate or ABD status in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Healthcare Management, or a closely related field. Interested applicants should submit a current curriculum vitae, three reference letters, and a sample manuscript (reprint or preprints are both acceptable).
