Recently I asked for help regarding a writing assessment for students entering our masters' programs. The purpose of the assessment would be to identify those students whose writing skills need improvement for masters' level competency.
My thanks to all who responded. The attached Word document includes the responses, which are separated by a row of asterisks. I have also attached in PDF format a syllabus that one colleague provided.
