Adjunct Professor – Organizational Behavior

About the Job
The Washington, D.C. campus of Pepperdine University invites applicants for a non-tenure-track, part time adjunct professor position to teach "Organizational Behavior" (BA 366). Minimum qualifications are a M.A./M.S. degree in a relevant field and 3 years of professional experience, and the highly preferred qualification is a Ph.D. in a relevant field. The successful candidate will teach one semester-long course in Spring 2017.
Course Description
An integrated and interdisciplinary study of behavioral science for management. The course attempts to integrate the psychological and sociological aspects of human behavior as they relate to management. Focus is on individual, group, and organizational behavior. Topics include communication, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, power, reward systems, organizational structure and managing conflict and change.
Course Schedule
The 3-unit course will be taught one evening per week (specific day to-be-determined) from January 16 to April 21.
