    We are excited to announce the upcoming Positive Organizational Scholarship Research Conference will be held at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor on May 9-10, 2017. 

    Our biennial gathering of scholars promotes research that inspires and enables leaders to build high-performing organizations that bring out the best in people. We will continue our tradition of celebrating research and fostering our community of scholars through interactive sessions, including research presentations and a celebration of a recent outstanding published article. 

    We invite you to submit your work and nominate an article to advance and celebrate qualitative and quantitative research in the field of positive organizational scholarship.

    Call for Conference Submissions: We invite you to submit a full paper or extended abstract on new and unpublished research in the field of positive organizational scholarship. Full papers, unpublished as of the submission deadline, are limited to 30 double-spaced pages, including tables, figures, and references. Extended abstracts include at least 1000 words providing a substantive overview of your research. Submissions will be peer-reviewed with the goal of reciprocating developmental feedback and evaluated by the conference program committee. Authors of accepted submissions will be invited to register for the conference and present their research.

    Call for Nominations for the Outstanding Published Article Award: At the conference, the Michigan Ross Center for Positive Organizations will present its Outstanding Published Article Award, which recognizes research in positive organizational scholarship. Nominations are invited for research articles published between September 1, 2014 and December 31, 2015. The recipient will be invited to present the award-winning research at the conference.

    The conference submission and award nomination deadline is November 1, 2016 at 5 p.m. U.S. Eastern time.
