Dear Colleagues,
With apologies for cross posting...
My co-authors and I are seeking unpublished studies for a meta-analysis examining the relationships among stressful job demands, the work-nonwork interface, and nonwork outcomes. We are specifically looking for in press, conference or other unpublished papers that include:
1) A measure of a job demand that is commonly considered a work stressor such as role ambiguity, role conflict, workload, time demands/pressure, attention, responsibility, job complexity, situational constraints, etc.
2) A measure of a work-home interface variable such as work- nonwork conflict, work-family enrichment, enhancement, positive spillover, and/or a nonwork outcome variable such as family satisfaction, marital satisfaction, etc.
3) A correlation, or other statistic that can be transformed into a correlation, between a stressful job demand variable and any of the work-nonwork interface or nonwork outcome variables.
If you have such an unpublished study that you would be willing to share please email me directly at Gary.Adams@marquette.edu.
Thank you in advance,
Gary
